Episode 39: Sakura's Dizzy Day of Fever

Rain pours onto the roof as Kero slides open the curtain to Sakura's window. Blushing with a fever, Sakura weakly rises from her bed only to be caught by Kero before she hits the floor. Meanwhile, Touya is downstairs making breakfast. Eventually, Sakura enters the kitchen, sits down at the table, and says, "Good Morning" to a picture of her mother. Touya immediately senses that something is wrong with Sakura, so he feels her forehead with concern. Sakura precedes to ask Touya not to say anything to Fujitaka because she doesn't want her illness to prevent him from going on his excavation. Touya pats her head and then returns to cooking.
After Fujitaka leaves for his excavation, Touya and Sakura depart for school together. Upon arriving at Tomoeda Elementary, Sakura enters the classroom and is greeted by Tomoyo, Syaoran, and Meilin. They all say, "Good Morning" to her. Everyone can tell that Sakura is not feeling well and they try to convince her that she should have stayed home. Then during their math class Ms. Mizuki also notices that Sakura is not feeling well and asks Tomoyo to escort her to the nurse's office.
While in the nurse's office the lunch bell chimes and Sakura receives a visit from Syaoran and Meilin. They all assure her that their class assignment will be finished even if she goes home to get some rest. It is during this time that Kaho and Touya discuss Sakura's health through the fence that is shared by Tomoeda Elementary and Seijou High. After hearing that Sakura definitely has a cold, Touya agrees to take Sakura home from school so that she can rest.
Once they have arrived home, Sakura immediately goes to bed. After some time has passed, Touya goes to check up on her and see how she is doing. He asks Sakura to take her temperature. Unfortunately, her temperature has not gone down at all. Touya insists that she take medicine and he goes to get her some food. While he is away Sakura senses a Clow Card and tries to leave the room by using the window. Kero tries to prevent her from leaving by telling her that Touya will be back soon with food, however, Sakura uses the Mirror Card and leaves anyway. Even though Kero is upset by this he knows that Sakura must leave now otherwise the Cloud Card will eventually cover the entire town preventing it from being sealed away.
After leaving her bedroom through the window, Sakura uses the Fly Card in order to try and access the center of the swirling cloud mass which is where the true form of the Cloud Card would be. While trying to fly there she is caught off balance by the masses of clouds that attack her. Sakura is knocked off of the sealing wand and almost falls to the ground, however, she is saved by Syaoran who has summoned his wind element. Syaoran then disperses the clouds with his fire element and finds the true form of the Cloud Card. Sakura tries to seal away the card but she is too weak, therefore, Meilin helps her maintain her balance and seal it away.
Sakura returns home and finds herself in bed once again. Kero leaves her be and decides that he will be spending the night at Syaoran and Meilin's place because he knows that Touya will be taking care of Sakura for the rest of the night. As Touya takes Sakura's temperature again he finally decides that he is going to call a doctor until Nadeshiko's spirit suddenly appears to comfort Sakura. Moments later Fujitaka appears and Sakura's fever is finally down.
