 Series Synopsis

Sakura Kinomoto was just an ordinary 10 year old girl who loved P.E. and hated math. However, her whole life began to change one day after cheerleading practice when she discovered a mysterious book called "The Clow" in her father's library. Upon discovering this book, Sakura broke the seal and found a deck of cards inside. She removed the top card from the deck and read it out loud— "Windy." After reading the card's name, a gust of wind was summoned and scattered 52 Clow Cards all over town. Now with the help of her best friend, the Guardian Beast, and strange reoccuring transfer students, Sakura must find a way to capture all of the cards in order to restore peace to the once quiet town.

 Season One Summary

Shortly after opening the Clow Book and scattering its contents all over town, Sakura was named "Cardcaptor." However, things begin to change when Tomoeda Elementary receives a new transfer student from Hong Kong— a boy named Syaoran Li. Upon hearing that the Clow Cards had been scattered, this descendant of Clow Reed came searching for them in hopes of being "Cardcaptor." Syaoran's knowledge of the Clow Cards causes him to be harsh towards Sakura who relies on Kero's advice in order to capture them. And just when she thought it couldn't get any worse, Syaoran takes a liking to her crush, Yukito Tsukishiro! Now, not only does Sakura have a rival for the Clow Cards, but she has a rival for love as well! How will things work out? Does Syaoran's attitude change toward the end of the season? Find out by watching Cardcaptor Sakura: Season One!

And just when things seem to be going well, Meilin leaves for home, and their teacher is acting stranger than ever! With all of the Clow Cards captured it's time for the Final Judgement. Who will emerge victorious? Sakura or Syaoran? Find out by watching Cardcaptor Sakura: Season Two!
