This is Syaoran's apartment. (His real residence is in China. This is his temporary residence while he is looking for Clow Cards.) The first time we see Syaoran's apartment is in Episode 19 after he and Sakura capture the Move Card. It is here that Sakura changes into a new set of clothes and meets Meilin. However, we get a better view of the apartment in Episode 32 when Kero and Syaoran have switched bodies due to the power of the Change Card. Syaoran's apartment can also be seen quite a bit when Meilin tries to make him a cake in Episode 29. Much like Tomoyo's house, Syaoran's apartment also makes an appearance when he and Sakura are on the phone with each other.
