The chart below explains which characters use which honorifics when referring to other characters. If you read the chart from left to right, it will be easy for you to understand. For example, "Kero | -chan | Sakura, Tomoyo" means that the name "Kero-chan" is used by Sakura and Tomoyo. So, just add the first column to the second column to get the name, and look at the third column to see who uses that name! ^_^

Note: Unless otherwise stated in the chart above, magical entities such as Cerberus, Clow Reed, Ruby Moon, Spinel Sun, Suppi, and Yue are referred to by name with NO honorific. Also, to my knowledge, "dono" and "kohai" are not used in the series, and "sempai" can only be heard on one occasion in the background of Episode 66 when referring to Touya and Yukito.
