This is Tomoeda's shopping district. This is where Sakura and her friends research cakes and buy their bear making kits. It is also where Naoko does her piano lessons and shops for books. We usually see it during the day, but it can also be seen at night when Sakura and Syaoran are looking for the Big Card and when Syaoran gets controlled by thread. Sometimes events are held here, such as the Quiz Tournament in Episode 34 and the Nadeshiko Festival in CCS: The Sealed Card.
