Ok I've decided who the winners are. Now I need to make Awards. Then I need to put the 'Past Contests' page up with the winners and other entries. Btw I'm making a new layout soon! ^_^

That's right, NEW LAYOUT! Hope you like! Well I went through and changed all the pages. I also added one contest, and added the requeted blinkies to the blinkies page. I added Version 4 to the history page. I have to put up some awards I have received recently, I keep forgetting to! -_- I know I know the contest judging! I'll get to that soon!

I also added 6 new affys! Added 1 new site for Sotm October. Added rules to the affy page (that was like when I first put this layout up lol). Well I'll update some more later!
